Basic Guardianship

Guardianship plus

(A)   Airports transfer one way only as well as meet & greet will be subject to extra mileage charge of 45 p per mile if outside 30 mile radius from Manchester airport

(B)   Air ticket, taxi or other public transportation will be charged at cost

(C)   Uniform and other personal shopping items will be deducted from a lodgment deposit if arranged by ThSS-UK

(D)  Mobile phone and sim card will be delivered to student at the airport. The mobile number will be given to student and parent prior to departure from their country. Sim card, phone card and mobile phone will be charge at cost.

(E)   Insurance will be charged at cost and deducted from the Lodgment Deposit if arranged by ThSS-UK

(F)    Visa Fee will be charge at UKBA cost

(G)  ThSS-UK will provide a report to parents at the end of each month. It will also include Lodgment statement.

(H)  Please note that a personal expense lodgment deposit of £950 is required at the beginning of the programme to cover extra costs and other expenses during term time and school holiday. Example of expense lodgments are school uniform, school excursion, transport cost, visa extension fee and etc. Parents require to top up the fund when the figure falls to £250. Any funds not used at the end of the programme will be fully refunded to the parents
